The Story of Archimedes

๐Ÿธ

A story for every child who dares to dream big

In a bright green pond, one very special tadpole gazed at the grand school library across the water and whispered โ€” "One day, I will read every single one."

That tadpole was Archimedes. A frog with round glasses, a little green scarf, and a backpack full of dreams.

"We do not judge by how we look. We judge by what we achieve."

This is a story about curiosity, courage, kindness โ€” and never, ever putting limits on yourself.

Mehrdad, Olivia & Caroline Nikfarjam

Mehrdad Nikfarjam is a Professor of Surgery and liver-pancreas specialist at the University of Melbourne and Austin Hospital, Melbourne. A father, researcher and storyteller, he wrote this book together with his daughters Olivia and Caroline.

The character of Archimedes โ€” a glasses-wearing, book-loving frog who refuses to let the world decide his limits โ€” was inspired by their family conversations about dreams, hard work and kindness.

"We wanted every child who reads this to know: be exactly who you are. That is more than enough."
